Hi Philip :)
This is very Buddhist, the idea of making happiness for yourself, also the other section on happy feet... i am reading a book where this guy (Buddhist) kisses his shoes before his morning run everyday. He gets such thrills out of his morning run, i wonder if we are all searching for those releases of endorphins... love, running, flogging, making love, etc. ;) i found that meditation seems to take the edge off... but is there a happy medium (pardon the pun) to releasing endorphins and meditation? Just curious.
Big Hugs,
i miss YOU!!!

The bacon sounds good. Tomorrow morning, jueves, Jo and I B.E.G. for breakfast each week. Once a week I cook beacon, eggs, and grits for each of us. I usually give her a break and do the dishes too. Can't wait. B.E.G for breakfast usually makes both of us happy.
You get lots of rain up there, don't you?
