In the process of removing a dangerous obstacle the plan would be to install whitewater features to enhance the recreational opportunities currently wrapped up in a dangerous obstacle. The project is projected to cost $3.5 – 5 million dollars. Is this worth it? Would this be a good way to spend our money?
